In this project, I collaborated with a cross-functional team at IMVBox to address the core business objective of increasing conversions for the "Plus" memberships. My role involved leading a comprehensive approach that included user research, user journey redesign, and A/B testing to understand user behaviour. This data-driven strategy aimed to optimise the conversion funnel and deliver a new user experience to drive sign-ups and future growth.

Home page redesign:
A simplified header focusing on the streaming experience, prominent communication of IMVBox USBs via the positioning of the intro copy, and more explicit CTA’s to quickly differentiate between the Free and Premium plans.
Redesign


Category page redesign:
A simplified search and filter experience focuses on what is essential for IMVBox viewers. The genre, period, and the range of subtitles offered.

The outcome:
After 10 weeks of research, design and testing, followed by 3 months of minimal optimisations and measuring conversion results, an 18% increase in the Plus membership conversion
rates was recorded.
